The company gives priority to the health and safety of everyone directly or indirectly affected by its activities, with due regard to the environment. Therefore, we shall plan and conduct our activities in such a way as to avoid injuries to our staff and subcontractors through proper job planning, effective control of occupational health hazards, and prompt medical treatment. We shall minimize the impact of our activities on the environment.
In order to achieve these objectives, every employee must plan and execute their job in accordance with this policy. No job should start unless all precautions have been taken. All jobs started must be suspended when it is believed that it is not safe to work. Management must strive to provide a safe work environment at all times. Resources shall be made available for the training of staff. Health, Safety and Environment shall be managed in the same way as production and cost control.
HSE performance and contribution shall be used as a tool to judge the effectiveness and performance of every staff member. The same standard shall also apply to our contractors and subcontractors.
